1. Provider and scope
SiteLang is operated by Capital Events SARL, ICE 002991571000002, at QUARTIER AL MATAR LOT ONDA N 19, Nador, Morocco (“SiteLang”, “we”, “us”). Contact us at [email protected] or +44 7830 706522.
These terms apply to your use of the SiteLang WordPress plugin, SiteLang account, and optional hosted services. The plugin’s open-source license governs the plugin code and continues to apply alongside these service terms. If an order or checkout presents additional terms, those terms apply to that purchase as described there.
2. The plugin and service plans
The Free plan includes local SiteLang tools for supported WordPress content, such as language management, manual translations, language URLs and switchers. These local tools do not require a paid SiteLang account. Growth and Pro plans provide the managed AI service allowances and any other benefits expressly listed for the selected plan at checkout.
Plan names, included websites, usage allowances, prices, term lengths and other limits can change. The current offer shown on the plan page and at checkout is the offer for your order. Do not rely on older screenshots, examples, or descriptions elsewhere on the site where they differ from the current checkout.
AI-generated translations can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review translations before publishing, especially material concerning legal, medical, financial, safety or other consequential topics. SiteLang does not guarantee specific search rankings, business results or uninterrupted availability.
3. Orders, pricing and payment
Before submitting an order, you can review the plan, amount, currency, applicable taxes, payment method, term and any renewal conditions presented at checkout. The payment provider identified in that checkout processes the transaction under its own terms and privacy policy. SiteLang does not receive or store full payment-card credentials through the plugin.
An order renews automatically only when the checkout clearly identifies it as a recurring purchase and states the renewal interval and applicable price. Otherwise, the order is for the stated term or is a one-time purchase and does not renew automatically. Keep the order confirmation or receipt, which records the terms applicable to your purchase.
After the payment or settlement status required by the order is confirmed, SiteLang will provide the account, activation or service-access instructions associated with the purchase. If access is missing, contact [email protected] with your order reference. Do not send your password or full payment-card details.
4. Renewal, cancellation and refunds
If your checkout states that an order renews automatically, it will renew only as described there unless you cancel before the stated renewal date. Use the cancellation method specified in your order confirmation, payment provider’s account or receipt, or contact [email protected] for instructions. Disconnecting the plugin from a SiteLang account does not by itself cancel a recurring payment.
When a paid term expires or a recurring order is canceled, hosted-service access may end at the time stated in the checkout or applicable order terms. Previously saved translations and local plugin features on your WordPress site are not intentionally removed because paid hosted access ends.
Refunds, withdrawal rights and how to request them are described in our Refund Policy and in any payment-provider terms shown during checkout. Contact the support channel stated on your receipt for payment-related requests. Nothing in these terms waives or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or limited.
5. Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials and activation codes confidential. You may connect only websites that you own or are authorized to administer. Do not share a paid entitlement beyond the site or usage limits shown for your plan, bypass service limits, disrupt the service, or use SiteLang unlawfully.
You are responsible for the content you submit, having the rights and permissions needed to translate it, and maintaining appropriate backups of your WordPress site.
6. Content and managed AI processing
You retain rights you hold in your source content and saved translations. When an administrator requests managed AI translation, the selected source text and protected markup, source and target languages, translation instructions, selected model and generation settings are sent to SiteLang. SiteLang forwards the authorized translation request to its AI provider to generate a result. The provider API credential is held by SiteLang and is not entered into or stored by the plugin.
SiteLang also processes account, activation, installation, plan, order and service-status information needed to provide and secure the hosted service. Our Privacy Policy describes the data, purposes, recipients and retention practices in more detail. Do not submit personal or sensitive information for translation unless you have a lawful basis and the necessary permissions.
When a paid term ends or a site disconnects, managed AI access may cease. Local plugin functionality and translations stored on your WordPress installation remain under your control. Keep independent backups.
7. Support, changes and availability
Technical and account support is available at [email protected]. We may maintain or update SiteLang and may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or unpaid orders. If we materially change a paid service during an active paid term, we will provide any notice or remedy required by the order terms or applicable law.
8. Liability and applicable law
We provide SiteLang with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for errors in AI-generated translations, third-party WordPress configurations, or consequences of publishing content without review. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, remedies or consumer protections that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
Moroccan law governs these SiteLang service terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules that apply to you. Any payment provider’s terms may separately govern its payment services and transaction.
